message from the author, please add £3 per annotation.

on any of the Buy Now buttons, upon where you will be
promted to fill out your details and submit payment through
PayPal's secure online payment facility. You will be given
the option to add a message (Personal annotation request)
during the payment process. Please make sure that you
add £3 for each item to include signed annotation
to the total purchase price.
Cheque/Postal
Order
If you wish to pay by Cheque or Postal Order, please send
payment, together with your contact name and delivery
address to the address below. Your purchase will be sent
to you as soon as the payment is received. (Please note
that if paying by cheque we will need to wait until the
cheque has cleared before we submit any items). Please
make sure that you add £3 for each item to include
signed annotation to the total purchase price.
